Roadrunner Softball has been named the No. 1 seed in this weekend's NJCAA Region 19 Tournament, set to be played at Middlesex College Saturday and Sunday, May 9-10.
The final seedings are as follows:
1. RCSJ-Gloucester (26-2)
2. Brookdale (26-2)
3. Northampton (17-11)
4. Camden (15-13)

The Runners compiled a 34-6 overall record and 25-2 conference mark in gaining a share of the GSAC title with Brookdale CC. The Runners are currently ranked No. 3 in the NJCAA Division III national rankings heading into the postseason.
The lineup has been led by designated player Sienna Walterson, who has collected a .543 batting average and 47 RBIs, as well as infielder Jillian Logeren, who is hitting .490 with 44 RBIs. Outfielder Jordan Johnson has also chipped in with a .476 BA and 37 RBIs while shortstop Angelina Lindner contributed with a .449 BA and 48 RBIs.
On the mound, sophomore Emily Childs has been on the Region's top pitchers with an impressive 22-3 record and 1.43 ERA while Bridgett Levandoski has been a solid No, 2 starter with an 8-2 record.
"We're coming in this tournament confident we can win this Region with a shot at winning a national championship," said Coach Steve DePasquale, who is retiring at the conclusion of the 2026 season.
"Even when we lose a tight ballgame, we're never really mentally beaten. We'll get right back up and win the next game. That's how we've been all season."
