Congrats to outgoing sophomore Marquist Muse, who will be continuing his basketball career at Dean College in Franklin, MA just outside of Boston.

Marquist, a guard, scored 131 points during a full freshman season in 2019-20. Marquist proved to be a solid shooter who displayed excellent defensive skills up and down the court. He played his high school ball at Union Catholic prior to coming to RCSJ and suiting up for Roadrunner Coach Will Logan in the Fall of 2019.

At Dean College, which competes in NCAA Division III athletics, Marquist  projects to be a shooting guard who hopes to add scoring punch to the Bulldogs' lineup. On the academic side, Marquist will major in sports management. 

"RCSJ prepared me well for moving into an NCAA program," said Muse. "Coach Logan and the staff have been great in helping me improve my game and my workouts. I'm excited and ready to play ball at Dean College!"

Dean College posted a 12-15 record this past winter. 

"Marquist is an long athletic wing that's should be a great addition to their backcourt," said RCSJ Coach Will Logan. "Marquist is also a great person in general and should be a great addition to the campus community overall. We wish Marquist the best of luck on his next journey!"
