Roadrunners Grab Easy Win Over Middlesex in First of Three-Game Set

Sophomore Mitchell Balint cracked a home run and collected five RBI's while sophomore Jose Correa drove in three runs to lead the No. 1 nationally ranked Roadrunner Baseball team past host Middlesex 16-1 in the first of a three-game set on Friday.

Winning pitcher Angel Cespedes (4-0) and reliver Mike Racobaldo combined to limit the Colts to two hits and one run over seven innings.

The two teams square off Saturday in a twin bill Saturday at RCSJ.
