Tinu Bamgbose on her transition to the college game: "The college game is a lot more fast paced -- everyone has played varsity ball before and you just can't let up or underestimate anyone."

Since her freshman year, she has worked hard at improving her overall skills. "I always considered myself more of a defender when I came here, but I see a lot more ways that I need to contribute and help out my teammates any way I can."

RCSJ Coach Rich Cooper on Tinu Bamgbose : "Tinu was asked to do a lot this year in taking on a leadership role -- and she has responded well," said Coach Cooper. "She leads us through her outstanding play on the court, and she organizes all team activities with the players, including practices and game-day activities. Plus she is co-captain. She has really stepped up with helping out the team."
