Today we highlight sophomore men's tennis standout Rich Feldman, who played key roles in helping the Roadrunners win the Region 19 Division III championship and finish as NJCAA D III national runnerup in Spring 2024 following an impressive campaign. He is once again off to a solid start as the Roadrunners look to repeat that success in the upcoming post-season tournaments.

Hometown: Williamstown, NJ.
High School: Williamstown, Class of 2022.
Major: Liberal Arts. Will continue his education at Rowan University in the Fall. to work on his bachelor's degree in communications. Upon graduation, he hopes to apply his degree toward a career in the professional sports industry.
Interests and Favorite Activities: Rich is an avid Philly sports fan and enjoys attending local pro games. He also is a fan of former NFL quarterback Tom Brady and his ability to perform well in high-pressure moments.
In addition, Rich enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending church, running, and playing tennis. He also serves as an assistant professional tennis instructor at Ron Jaworski's RiverWinds Golf and Tennis Club, West Deptford, NJ.
About Rich Feldman: Rich has played primarily first singles this spring as well as first doubles, and has led a young group of Roadrunner athletes off to a solid 9-2 overall record heading into the latter part of the season.
In his freshman season, Rich and his teammates surged toward the end of the 2024 campaign in claiming the Region 19 title and placing second overall in the NJCAA D III nationals. He teamed with fellow Roadrunner Kyle Deacon to win the First Doubles title in the Region 19 championships at Mercer County Park, while the duo also placed runner-up in Doubles Flight One in the National Championship meet. Feldman also notched a No. 2 singles triumph at Nationals to highlight an overall solid performance on the national stage.
He attended Stockton University for one year before transferring back to RCSJ to focus on his athletic and academic careers.
At Williamstown High School, he compiled a winning record at first singles in his senior season in 2022, while also registering a winning mark at second singles as a junior.
Rich Feldman on playing for RCSJ Gloucester: "This team works hard and has a lot of team chemistry," said Feldman. "We understand how important our practices are, and we don't ignore this part of our game. We are ready to take on the rest of the season and the challenges we're going to face.
"Personally, there's definitely a lot of growth this year -- my serves are better and my all-around game has improved. I've picked up a lot more experience. This has been an exciting season for me personally."
